The main goal of the current research is to identify the key drivers of the mental health of firefighters for the policy of reducing occupational accidents in the future. Health care organizations and policy makers in this area need to consider the issues and enough information to identify the key factors and drivers affecting the reduction of occupational accidents so that they can have a suitable strategy in the future of occupational accidents. Therefore, in this research, an attempt has been made to identify a number of key factors affecting the mental health of firefighters. In terms of its practical purpose and the nature of data collection, this research is of the type of field research and is in the category of descriptive-survey research. The research method is based on data theory method. The statistical population of this research consists of 30 managers, assistants and occupational health experts (HSE) in Qazvin Municipality. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The results of the analyzes showed that anxiety and insomnia, depression, insufficient ability to do work, excessive workload, quantity and quality of work, accepting responsibility for other people's lives, low decision-making power, lack of sufficient communication, accepting new responsibility beyond the level of education and personality type, weakness In controlling feelings and emotions, financial limitations, job complexity, and weakness in flexibility have a significant effect on creating occupational accidents.
