The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The results of data analysis show that there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the variables of mindfulness (F = 24.22 and P < 0.01), humor (F = 14.77 and P < 0.01) and organizational health (85 There are F=9 and P>0.01. Therefore, the nurses in the special department have much more difficult working conditions and it is necessary to pay more attention to increase the efficiency of the nurses in the special department and reduce the injuries caused by the working conditions.
